Titon Associates Ltd. does not market or advertise its services publicly and we never cold call.
We have become aware of fraudsters who are claiming to work for Titon Associates offering investment services including recovery of debt. These fraudsters have no association with us and should be treated as a ‘clone firm’ and a case of ‘identity theft’. You should have no dealings with them. They have created a fake Titon Associates website (titonassociates.com – warning that is the fake website) which has used our details without our permission. Sometimes they try to use the real names of the people at Titon Associates Ltd. and sometimes fake names. They have also provided a 0800 free phone number which is not our real number. Our real details can be found at the bottom of the page.
By offering these services the fraudsters have broken the law and anyone who deals with them will not have the compensations and protections offered by the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme(FSCS).
If you are contacted by the Fraudsters, we ask you not to respond to them at all. Instead we ask you to notify us.
Additionally, you should contact the specialist police unit in the UK which deals with scams and fraud called “Action Fraud”. You can report fraud and scams through their website https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ or by calling them on 0300 123 2040.
